WPLN State Impact Councils bring together organizations, associations, and leaders committed to expanding opportunities for center-right women to lead in public service, business, and community life. These state-based councils strengthen local leadership ecosystems by connecting women to training, mentorship, and networks that give them the tools to lead and make a lasting impact.

Why State Impact Councils?

Across the country, women are stepping up to lead in public service, business, and community life. Yet too often, their path to leadership is limited by access—access to training, networks, and opportunities. WPLN State Impact Councils are designed to change that by building a community of support for center-right women leaders in every state.

By joining a council in your state, your organization or network becomes part of a national effort to ensure women leaders are prepared, supported, and visible. Together, we can expand leadership pipelines and create stronger communities where women are empowered to lead.
