We at WPLN are driven by a belief that with more effective leaders from diverse lived experiences, we will see better policy outcomes at every level of government. Currently, center-right women are vastly underrepresented in public office across the country, and we aim to change that—with your help!

WPLN is building a community of support for center-right women leaders, offering expert training, mentorship, and insider knowledge to help women pursue public leadership positions—from elected officials to appointees to judicial roles. This is no easy task, but as the only national nonprofit solely dedicated to center- and right-leaning women's political leadership training, we are committed to bringing our network to every neighborhood in America.
