Jenifer has nearly two decades of experience in media relations, crisis communications, speechwriting, coalition building, and media and presentation skills training. Her career has spanned the corporate, nonprofit and political worlds.
Jenifer focuses her skills on training and storytelling, helping clients develop a narrative that effectively conveys their core values, and then preparing them to effectively deliver that message. Jenifer has extensive experience in media and presentation skills training, having conducted workshops and one-on-one trainings for a wide range of public figures including CEOs, foreign leaders, local and state candidates and office holders, and nonprofit leaders.
Jenifer teaches courses on public speaking, advocacy communications, speechwriting, storytelling and confidence in communication, among other topics. She has lectured at UT Austin, Texas Woman’s University, Concordia University, American University and UT Dallas, among other institutions. She has taught at the Yale Women’s Campaign School. She has conducted international trainings in Kenya, Tunisia, Kazakhstan, Singapore and Australia.
For six years she was Chief of Staff to Ambassador Karen Hughes, the Worldwide Vice Chair of Burson-Marsteller. During that time she was also the General Manager of the Austin office, oversaw new business development, and managed a wide variety of corporate accounts.
Previously, Jenifer was the Deputy Director of Public Affairs at the U.S. Department of Commerce in the Bush Administration. She also served as the Director of The Archer Center and was a Senior Advisor on the Washington, D.C. staff of U.S. Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison.
She graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Journalism and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies. She received the degree of Master in Public Administration from American University. In 2017 she was selected as a Presidential Leadership Scholar. In the 2018 Primary Election she was a Republican candidate for U.S. Congress (TX-21).

Jerri Ann Henry is a leading communications and messaging strategist with a long career in grassroots activism, digital campaigns and coalition building. Most recently, Henry served as the first female Executive Director of the Log Cabin Republicans. She managed Young Conservatives for the Freedom to Marry leading into the Obergefell Supreme Court decision, the Platform Reform campaign during the 2016 election cycle, and has served in leadership positions on numerous policy and Republican congressional campaigns.
During the last decade in Washington D.C., Henry has developed digital listening and engagement tools for many corporate and non-profit organizations. Her unique approach to fully integrated digital activism, combined with a strong understanding of right-of-center messaging on difficult issues led to her recognition as a leader within the industry. She has been recognized as a Rising Star by Campaigns & Elections and a Future 40 Leader by Maverick PAC.
In addition, Henry has served in leadership positions for a number of organizations including Maverick PAC, Young Republicans of Alexandria, the National Federation of Republican Women, the Texas State Society and others. She is a native of Dallas, Texas and a graduate of Texas A&M University. Currently Ms. Henry, her wife, and their dog live in Alexandria, VA where they are active in the local community.
Valerie Dowling has worked in the political process from grassroots campaigns to the White House. In 2016, she joined the International Republican Institute as Director of the Women’s Democracy Network where she will continue to work to increase women’s political participation, leadership and representation in elected office globally.
In her previous role, Valerie worked at the Republican National Committee in the Office of the Co-Chairman as the Director of Women's Programs and was focused on creating programming to engage more women in the Republican Party.
Previously, she served as the Pennsylvania Coalitions Director with the Romney for President Campaign where she directed community outreach and volunteer engagement. Valerie also served as the Political Director for the National Federation of Republican Women where she developed and managed their national political programming.

Sarah is also the Founder of SKOTUS, a political consulting firm who's clients included some of the biggest conservative consulting firms in the country as well as gubernatorial candidates, advocacy groups and technology companies.
Sarah recently served as the head of digital operations in a historic national parliamentary election in the Bahamas, worked as a war-room strategist on the Trump White House Transition Team and has served in leadership capacities for other top-tier organizations including, i360, the New Mexico Republican Party, Independent Women's Voice, and Generation Opportunity. She got her start in DC as a high dollar fundraiser for the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
