With the Biden/Harris victory, Kamala Harris becomes the first woman vice president in the history of the United States. Breaking this glass ceiling is an historic moment for our country, and we hope that this paves the way for more women to put themselves forward.
⁣⁣
And this wasn't the only glass ceiling that was broken in the 2020 elections! A record number of women ran for office -- and won! 2020 proves that women everywhere can run and win.⁣
⁣
WPLN has the resources to help women accomplish their goals, whether that's running for local, state, or federal office. Visit [our website](https://womenspublicleadership.net/⁣⁣) to learn more about our mission and the resources we offer!
